If you are interested in giving feedback to the applicants and to the EAB, you are invited to add your voice to the forum threads, that can be found on our Forge site: https://forge.typo3.org/projects/t3a-eab-budget2015/boards. In order to be able to comment on the threads, you need to login to the website using your typo3.org credentials.
