Take a Minute to Answer Our Questions

The group was put together by the TYPO3 Association Board and consists of these four people:

• Petra Hasenau (board member)
• Oliver Klee (community member)
• Mathias Bolt Lesniak (board member)
• Thomas Löffler (community member)

We have spent the last year researching other communities. How do they deal with conflicts, harassment, and issues relating to inclusion, equality, and diversity in their communities? How do they enforce their codes of conduct, and what do their reporting and escalation processes look like?

There are many answers to these questions, and we will write more about that later on. First, we would like to hear your thoughts. The ombudsperson would be there for you, so we’re asking you the question: Should we have an ombudsperson, and—if yes—what would you expect from the role?
