Complaint Management:

This demand is intended to process the complaints of the MF and FN business. The system has to be able to import the complaints, provide the possibility of a pre-qualification, investigation, valuation and remuneration. In addition to that, an authorization control has to be provided. To be able to involve external service providers in times of peak workloads, an import / export functionality for the subtask investigation has to be implemented.

The data enrichment in terms of settlement and conditions has to be automated by reading the corresponding information from SCS and SPRM.

Target Management:

The aim of this project was to create combined handler targets from mobile and fixed networks and to payout agreed target on the contractor and subcontractor level based on several new pricing condition guidelines.

This new project development includes several new customizations, reports, and creation of tables, interfaces and new print forms.

• Requirement gathering and taking part in process workshops with the client team.
